By submitting payment for this invoice, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service and our Catering Policies. Your payment constitutes your electronic signature and binding acceptance of all terms outlined herein.
These Terms of Service govern your use of Artisan Delicacies, LLC's services. By placing an order and submitting payment, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event date. Failure to submit final payment may result in cancellation of services without refund of deposit.
All payments must be made via the methods specified in your invoice. Late payments may be subject to additional fees and may affect service delivery.
Orders are considered final upon confirmation and deposit. We ask that all details are finalized at the time of booking, as modifications cannot be accommodated after this point.
We reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions due to ingredient availability while maintaining the quality and integrity of the menu.
Delivery and setup times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to meet the agreed-upon schedule.
The client must ensure that the venue is accessible and ready for delivery/setup at the scheduled time. Any delays caused by venue access issues may result in additional fees.
The client is responsible for any damage to our equipment, serving pieces, or rental items. Replacement costs will be billed separately.
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the venue, third-party vendors, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
While we make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from all allergens. Our kitchen handles common allergens including dairy, eggs, nuts, wheat, and soy.
It is the client's responsibility to inform guests of potential allergens. We are not liable for allergic reactions or dietary-related issues.
Artisan Delicacies, LLC shall not be held liable for failure to perform services due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide alternative solutions. Deposits may be applied to future services within 12 months.
Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services in question.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, emotional distress, or other event-related losses.
Food must be consumed within the timeframes specified for food safety. We are not responsible for food consumed outside of recommended timeframes.
All recipes, menu designs, and culinary creations are the intellectual property of Artisan Delicacies, LLC. Clients may photograph our food for personal use but may not reproduce or sell our recipes or designs without written permission.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the state where our business is registered.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
